GarrysMod предлагает пользователям возможности редактирования предметов и изменения их положения в пространстве. Чтобы открыть панель инвентаря, нужно нажать на стандартную клавишу «Q» и при помощи физгана перетащить объект. Тем же инструментом можно выполнять различные манипуляции. Например, вертеть можно при помощи клавиши «Е», поворачивая мышкой в разные стороны.
Похожие функции выполняет гравити-ган: можно отдалять или приближать предметы, бросать их и отталкивать. Достаточно нажать кнопку на мышке, чтобы взять объект и держать его в воздухе. Также используется для тяжелых объектов, помогая расчистить дорогу при прохождении сложных заданий. При помощи него можно создать эффект беспорядка или разрушений.

The register for this addon is as follows:
First Perso Death Mod keeps you in first person view when killed. It also spawns a server side ragdoll with which players can play.
